Here's the full journey your piece takes — from the moment you send an idea to the moment it lands on your doorstep.
You dream it up.
It starts with an idea — a name, a pet, a memory you want to hold onto. You send it my way through the inquiry form.
I obsess over the details.
I read every note twice. Fonts, colors, sizing, placement — I think through the details you didn't even know to ask about.
I build your digital proof.
Your idea becomes a stitch file and a mockup, so you can see exactly what you're getting before anything's stitched.
You approve everything.
Nothing goes near the machine until you've said yes to the design, the colors, and the placement.

I prep your item.
Stabilizer, hooping, thread selection, machine setup — the unglamorous part that makes the glamorous part possible.
The embroidery machine gets to work.
Hundreds to thousands of stitches, one hooping at a time, on my Brother SE2000.
Every stitch is inspected.
I check the design against the proof while it's still in the hoop, before anything gets trimmed or removed.
Loose threads are trimmed & quality-checked.
Every jump stitch gets cleaned up by hand, then one more full pass before it leaves my hands.
Carefully packaged.
Folded, wrapped, and readied so it arrives looking as good as it did the moment it came off the machine.
Sent to its new home.
Shipped, or ready for local pickup — either way, you'll get tracking info if it's shipped. This is the part I like best: it's officially yours.
Answers to what people ask most before their first inquiry.
Most orders take about 2 weeks, give or take — it depends on complexity, size of the order, and how much is already in the queue. A brand-new design takes a few days to digitize, then it's stitched, trimmed, and double-checked by hand. Have a deadline? Mention it on the inquiry form and I'll let you know if a rush is possible.
Almost anything — apparel, towels, totes, baby items, framed pet portraits, wedding and bridal party sets, you name it. Send your idea through the inquiry form with any names, dates, or colors you'd like included, and I'll follow up with a quote, usually within a day or two.
It depends on size and detail, but most single-item pieces run $25–$45, including the one-time digitizing fee — after that, the design is yours to reorder forever. Multi-piece sets and bridal party orders often land at $100+. See the Pricing section above for the full breakdown.
Yes! Shipping is available, and local pickup still works too if you'd rather swing by. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be added to your quote.
Yes, please! Just let me know the fabric type when you submit your order so I can set the machine up correctly for it.
Turn it inside out and wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry or tumble dry on low — high heat can flatten the stitches over time. Framed pieces just need a light dusting, no washing required.
